Dan, I am literally speechless….. I have read your analysis two times and still finding myself reverting back to my kindergarten days. My teacher was a beautiful lady. So beautiful that as a 6 year old I was smitten by her looks. Nervous to be close to her. I took extra care in making sure I did not give her a reason to approach me. I say all this to mention the most important thing I ever learned from her was a phrase to assure my safety every day as I walked to and from school. The phrase was STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN before crossing the street.I am doing the same with this substack article. Stopping, looking and listening to Holy Spirit as I am led. Thank you so very much. Shirley and I are planning a movie night complete with popcorn, sno- caps and raisinetts watching “Martian”. You probably did not think that your substack articles would be marriage encouragement material! lol! (or maybe you did)😊❤️🙏

Dan, Once again thank you. I’ve never looked at Mary Poppins from this point of view. As Anne Shirley would say, I’ve missed so much! Thank you. Also, I’m so glad we ran into you and Maria when you were in Clearwater!

Mine, too. I think I’ve seen it at least 10 times. We met a couple on our Disney cruise who got to meet one of the Sherman brothers who played and sang for them (at the time he was 90). I wanted to know everything about it. And now that you’ve mentioned the book about them I have a new TBR.
